Everytime the school's newsletter called CENTRALITES came out, there is one portion of the paper that the students immediately turn the page to. It's the CAMPUS NOTES. It's a section wherein notes and letters of students are published expressing their admiration and/or hatred towards another person.
Example:
To Student X:
You're so cute. I'm in love with you! Hope you love me, too.
From Student Z
Students with secret admirers will then get "kilig" knowing that someone in the campus is thinking about them.
